Leadership Coaching
for High Potentials

One of the most important actions executive leaders can take is to identify and develop existing talent.

High Potential Leaders are those who have demonstrated intellectual ability & curiosity, a strong work ethic, alignment with corporate values and culture, and an interest in positions of increased responsibility.

As a leader, you're interested in their retention, providing learning & growth opportunities, developing their experience and increasing their value to the organization.

Developing High Potentials is focused on building leadership and management skills from within. They deliver project work designed to meet the goals & objectives of the team more effectively. High Potentials communicate effectively, lead by influence, leverage existing resources, identify and overcome obstacles, and help align the time and talent of co-workers towards a shared vision in order to deliver results.

To increase effectiveness, High Potential Leaders need to continuously gain capacity in areas of:

  • Time Management

  • Prioritization

  • Delegation

  • Execution

  • Implementation

  • Cross-departmental collaboration

  • Effective Communication

  • Leading Up & Across

  • Productivity

  • Innovation

  • Performance

  • Service

  • Morale

  • Retention

As a Coach, I'll personally engage with High Potential Leaders in a confidential forum to enable improved, "next-level" performance. Active participants will develop critical leadership and management skills, increase confidence, and expand and strengthen professional networks required for organizational success. This is focused on developing capacity to exceed current goals and objectives, increasing value, and positioning talented, interested people to grow into roles of greater responsibility.

Participants will have convenient, personal access to professional coaching in-person, via video call, phone and text -- aligned to meet today's demanding schedules.

If applicable, I can provide insights from an individual EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Quotient Inventory) Assessment and tailored training in key areas as needed.

The investment is $6,800 USD for a 90-day one-on-one intensive engagement with weekly calls and structured assignments designed to provide an exponential return throughout the participant's career. I'll conduct a call to determine if this is a best fit for both parties before making a commitment. Success will require self-awareness, courage, and discipline.

Participants who successfully complete the engagement will be eligible for future options. Schedule a call below:
